توسعه گردشگری جنگل‌های بولا با تاکید بر مدیریت پایدار اکولوژیکی منطقه (روش SWOT-AHP)

چکیده

صنعت گردشگری طبیعت در کشورهای در حال توسعه و توسعه یافته به ابزاری قدرتمند جهت سرمایه‌گذاری تبدیل شده است. جنگل‌های شمال ایران به سبب جاذبه‌های فراوان و منحصر به فرد خود به‌عنوان یکی از پتانسیل‌های بالقوه جذب گردشگر، بسیار مورد توجه مسئولان امر می باشد. لذا می‌بایست این گسترش و توسعه با حداقل تبعات اکولوژیکی و محیط زیستی همراه باشد تا ضمن اهداف مورد انتظار در صنعت گردشگری و توان اکولوژیکی محیط در بلندمدت، حفظ گردد. این مطالعه به بررسی نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت‌ها و تهدید‌های موجود در توسعه پایدار گردشگری جنگل بولا واقع در استان مازندران می‌پردازد. به این منظور، از روش SWOT جهت تعیین نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت‌ها و تهدیدها و اولویت بندی آن‌ها با استفاده از روش تجزیه و تحلیل سلسله مراتبی(AHP) و نهایتاْ ماتریس کمی برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی (QSPM) جهت تعیین راهبردها استفاده شده است. نتایج ارزیابی قوت و ضعف از عوامل داخلی، نشان دهنده ارزش کل ۸۹/۱ و ارزیابی فرصت و تهدید از عوامل خارجی، نشان دهنده ارزش ۹۳/۰ بود. که بیان می‌کند جنگل بولا در یک وضعیت نسبتاً ضعیف به لحاظ نقاط قوت - ضعف و فرصت - تهدید قرار دارد و تهدیدهای موجود اندکی بیش از فرصت‌های پیرامون می‌باشند. با توجه به موقعیت تلاقی ارزش‌های به‌دست آمده از ماتریس ارزیابی عوامل خارجی و داخلی، راهبرد مناسب در مدیریت گردشکری جنگل بولا، در ناحیه تدافعی قرار گرفت. به عبارت دیگر، عمده تمرکز در طراحی استراتژی‌ها و برنامه‌های عملیاتی مدیریت گردشگری جنگل بولا بایستی همراه با کاهش نقاط ضعف و تأثیر تهدیدات باشد.

The ecotourism industry has become a powerful tool for investment in developing and developed countries. The north forests of Iran are highly regarded by the authorities due to their many and unique attractions as one of the potentials for attracting tourists. Therefore, this expansion and development must be accompanied by minimal ecological and environmental consequences in order to maintain the expected goals in the tourism industry and the ecological potential of the environment in the long run. This study investigate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the sustainable development of tourism in Bola forest located in Mazandaran province. For this purpose, the SWOT and prioritize them using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and finally the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) has been used to determine strategies. The results of evaluation of strengths and weaknesses from internal factors showed a total value of 1.89 and evaluation of opportunities and threats from external factors showed a value of 0.93.Which states that the Bola forest is in a relatively weak position in terms of strengths - weaknesses and opportunities – threats and the threats are a little more than the opportunities around them. Due to the intersection of the values obtained from the matrix of evaluation of external and internal factors, the appropriate strategy in tourism management of Bola forest was located in the defensive zone.
