ارزیابی خسارت پروانه گالزای صنوبر (Lep.: Sessiidae) Paranthrene tabaniformis Rott. و پروانه توری تبریزی Nycteola asiatica Krul. (Lep.: Noctuidae) روی گونه ها و کلن های مختلف صنوبر در استان گیلان

چکیده

برای ارزیابی خسارت و تعیین کلن‌های مقاوم صنوبر به پروانه گالزای صنوبر و پروانه توری تبریزی در خزانه و زمین اصلی، 12 کلن صنوبر از گروه‌های اورامریکن، دلتوئیدس و دورگ بررسی شد. این پژوهش در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با 12 تیمار و 3 تکرار در سال 1397 در ایستگاه فخرآباد گیلان انجام شد. هر کرت آزمایشی در خزانه شامل 45 نهال یکساله و در زمین اصلی شامل 20 درخت سه‌ساله بود. نمونه‌برداری از خسارت پروانه توری تبریزی هر 15 روز یک بار با انتخاب دو درخت آلوده از هر کرت و شمارش تعداد لاروها و اندازه‌گیری سطوح خورده شده برگ انجام شد. بررسی خسارت پروانه گالزا نیز با شمارش گالهای روی ساقه صورت گرفت. تجزیه واریانس داده‌ها نشان داد که از نظر درصد آلودگی به پروانه گالزا و پروانه توری تبریزی بین کلن‌های مختلف در دو سطح نهالستان و عرصه تفاوت معنی‌دار وجود دارد بطوریکه کلن‌های P.eur. Blanc du poitou و P. deltoides 77/51 به ترتیب حساس‌ترین و مقاوم‌ترین کلن‌ها نسبت به پروانه گالزا در نهالستان و کلن‌های P.x. interamericana و P. deltoides 69/55 به ترتیب حساس‌ترین و مقاومترین کلن‌ها نسبت به این آفت در عرصه بودند. کلن P. deltoides Marquette در هر دو سطح مطالعاتی بعنوان حساس‌ترین کلن به پروانه توری تبریزی بود و کلن‌های P. deltoides 92/258، P. x. ITA.199، P.eur. Blanc du poitou، P.eur. i-sieres، P.x. interamericana و P. deltoides 69/55 بدون آلودگی مقاوم‌ترین کلن‌ها در نهالستان بودند. کلن P.eur. Blanc du poitou نیز بعنوان مقاوم‌ترین کلن به پروانه توری تبریزی در صنوبرکاری معرفی شد.

چکیده [English]

Twelve poplar clones from euramericana, Deltoides and hybrid groups were evaluated to assess the damage and determination of poplar resistant to Parantrene tabaniformis and Nycteola asiatica in nursery and main field. This study was conducted as RCBD with 12 treatments and 3 replications at Fakhrabad Research Station in 2019. Each experimental plot in the nursery consisted of 45 one-year-old seedlings and in the main field consisted of 20 three-year-old trees. Sampling of N. asiatica damage was done every 15 days by selecting two infected trees from each plot and counting the number of larvae and measuring eaten leaf area. Damage of P. tabaniformis was also studied by counting the gall on the stem. Analysis of variance showed that there was a significant difference between percentage infection of P. tabaniformis and N. asiatica in the nursery and main field. As the P.eur. Blanc du poitou and P. deltoides 77/51 clones were the most sensitive and resistant clones to P. tabaniformis in the nursery, respectively and P.x. Interamericana and P. deltoides 69/55 were the most sensitive and resistant clones to this pest in the main field, respectively. The P. deltoides Marquette was the most susceptible clone to N. asiatica at the both study levels. and P. deltoides 92/258, P. x. ITA.199, P.eur. Blanc du poitou, P.eur. i-sieres, P.x. interamericana and P. deltoides 69/55 were the most resistant clones in nurseries without any contamination. Also P.eur. Blanc du poitou was introduced as the most resistant poplar clone to N. asiatica in poplar plantation.
