Building on the initial identification of this species using COI gene sequences, two new sequences with BOLD Process IDs UZINS072-22 and UZINS266-23 were analyzed phylogenetically through the BOLD system. The results revealed 99.07% identity between these new sequences, our previous sequence (MG199215), and reference sequences of <em>P. pilosa</em>. Morphological examination of the larvae also showed complete agreement with the diagnostic features described for this species. Although attempts to rear the larvae to the adult stage were unsuccessful, the combined molecular and morphological evidence confirms the accurate identification of the species. This study constitutes the first confirmed record of <em>P. pilosa</em> in Iran.<br />  زنبور برگخوار بلوط، <em>Periclista </em>sp<em>.</em>، یکی از آفات مهم جنگل‌های بلوط در نواحی زاگرس ایران است که در سال‌های اخیر موجب طغیان و خسارت‌های گسترده‌ای شده است. در ادامه شناسایی اولیه این گونه براساس توالی <em>ژن</em><em>COI</em> ، در این مطالعه با استفاده از پایگاه BOLD، دو توالی جدید با شناسه‌های فرایند UZINS072-22 و UZINS266-23 تحلیل تبارزایی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که این دو توالی با توالی مطالعه پیشین ما (MG199215) و با توالی‌های مرجع گونه <em>Periclista pilosa</em> دارای تطابق کامل (100% شباهت) هستند. بررسی‌های ریخت‌شناسی لاروها نیز نشان‌دهنده شباهت کامل با ویژگی‌های توصیف‌شده برای این گونه بود. هرچند پرورش نمونه‌ها تا مرحله بالغ موفقیت‌آمیز نبود، اما ترکیب شواهد مولکولی و ریخت‌شناسی، شناسایی دقیق گونه را تأیید می‌کند. این مطالعه نخستین گزارش مستند از حضور <em>P. pilosa</em> در ایران به‌شمار می‌رود.<br />  https://ijfrpr.areeo.ac.ir/article_134516_c7af5552e01cdafe3d440778cb49f30a.pdf
