مدلسازی مکانی احتمال وقوع آتشسوزی در جنگلها و مراتع با استفاده از مدلهای نسبت فراوانی و وزن شاهد
طی سالهای اخیر، تلاشهای زیادی برای مدیریت و مهار آتشسوزی در جنگلها و مراتع شده است. از مهمترین این اقدامات، مدلسازی احتمال وقوع آتشسوزی و تهیه نقشههای پهنهبندی در مناطق حساس به آتشسوزی است. در این تحقیق، قابلیت مدلهای نسبت فراوانی و وزن شاهد در پیشبینی احتمال وقوع آتشسوزی در جنگلها و مراتعاستان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد بررسی شده است. فرایند مدلسازی و پیشبینی وقوع آتشسوزیهای آینده بر مبنای بررسی ارتباط بین 271 مورد آتشسوزی از دوره 1395-1381 و 10 عامل درجه شیب، جهت، ارتفاع، درجه حرارت، سرعت باد، کاربری اراضی، شاخص تفاضلی نرمال شده پوشش گیاهی (NDVI) و فاصله تا رودخانه، جاده و مناطق مسکونی انجام شد. طی فرایند مدلسازی، میزان تأثیر هر طبقه از عوامل بر وقوع آتشسوزی محاسبه شد. نتایج مدلها مبنای ساخت نقشههای حساسیت به آتشسوزی در سطح استان قرار گرفت. نتایج ارزیابی و مقایسه مدلها که با استفاده از روش منحنی مشخصه نسبی، میزان موفقیت، نرخ پیشبینی و آزمون مقایسه جفتی ویلکاکسون انجام شد، اختلاف معنیداری را در عملکرد دو مدل نشان داد. بهطوریکه مدل وزن شاهد با نرخ موفقیت و پیشبینی 862/0 و 821/0 عملکرد بهتری نسبت به مدل نسبت فراوانی در تحلیل دادههای آموزشی و پیشبینی آتشسوزیهای آینده داشت. براساس نتایج بهدست آمده حدود 30 درصد از وسعت جنگلها و مراتع استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد در طبقات حساسیت زیاد تا بسیار زیاد به آتشسوزی قرار میگیرد که نیازمند اقدامات پیشگیرانه و مدیریت صحیح برای کاهش مخاطرات ناشی از آتش است.

ارزیابی توان بوم شناختی جنگلداری با بکارگیری مدلهای ارزیابی رایج و مدل جدید EMOLUP در شهرستان فیروزآباد
ارزیابی توان اکولوژیکی به معنی بدست آوردن توان طبیعی سرزمین است که با بهرگیری از این فرآیند، تخریب سرزمین با سرعت کمتری پیش می-رود.شهرستان فیروزآباد ده درصد از جنگلهای استان فارس را دارا میباشد. هدف اصلی این مقاله، ارزیابی توان اکولوژیکی برای کاربری جنگلداری-تجاری و حفاظتی در شهرستان فیروزآباد با استفاده از روشهای رایج در کشور به همراه یک روش جدید در محیط نرمافزار GIS بود. برای ارزیابی کاربری جنگلداری از نوع حفاظتی در این پژوهش به دو صورت انجام شد ابتدا که یکب بار دامنه ارزشگذاری(کمی) معیار توپوگرافی اصلی مدل تغییر پیدا کرد و بار بعد نیز در فرآیند ارزیابی معیار توپوگرافی حذف و وارد مدل نشد. در جنگلداریتجاری معیار توپوگرافی همانند طبقهبندی اولیه لحاظ شد. برای ارزیابی توان برای کاربری جنگلداریتجاری و حفاظتی، از روشهای مخدوم، حداکثرمحدودیت، میانگینحسابی، EMOLUP و کالیبرهی آن و میانگینحسابی وزنی ساده و میانگینحسابی وزنی توأم با درنظرگیری عامل محدودیتزا و کالیبرهی آن استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بهترین مدل ارزیابی برای هر دو حالت جنگلداری، مدل میانگینهندسی و کالیبرهی آن در شهرستان فیروزآباد است. در فرآیند سنجش دقت مدلهای ارزیابی با تغییر دامنه معیار توپوگرافی و بار دوم بعد با حذف معیار توپوگرافی، دقت برای اکثر مدلها بالا رفت. با مقایسهی هر سه حالت کاربری جنگلداری، جنگلداریحفاظتی با حذف معیار توپوگرافی در منطقه از خود قابلیت بهتری را نشان داد که بیانگر پتاسیل حفاظتی جنگلها، در فیروزآباد است. در نهایت برای ارزیابی اکولوژیکی جنگلداری در شهرستان فیروزآباد روش EMOLUP بابهرهگیری از مدل جنگلداریحفاظتی با حذف معیار توپوگرافی توصیه میگردد.

ارزیابی اثرات ضدقارچی عصارههای آبی، الکلی و استونی گال بلوط ایرانی (Quercus brantii Lindl. var. persica (Jaub and Spach) Zohary)
استفاده از عصارهها و اسانسهای با منشاء گیاهی یکی از روشهای نوین، سالم و بیخطر برای کنترل بیماریهای گیاهی است. مشخص شده است ترکیبات استخراج شده از گال بلوط دارای خواص دارویی و درمانی متعدد بوده و دارای خواص ضد میکروبی بالایی نیز میباشند. این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی اثرات ضد قارچی ترکیبات استخراجی از گال بلوط ایرانی (Quercus brantii var. persica) ناشی از زنبورAphelonyx persica روی تعدادی از قارچهای مهم بیماریزای گیاهی (فوزاریوم، آلترناریا، پیتیوم و فیتوفتورا) انجام شد. برای این منظور پس از تهیه عصاره آبی، استونی و متانولی از گال A. persica، طی آزمونهای مختلف محیطهای متناسب آگاردار و مایع دارای غلظتهای گوناگونی از انواع عصارهها تهیه و میانگین رشد و وزن پرگنههای قارچی و نیز اسپورزایی آنها در غلظتهای متفاوت هر عصاره اندازهگیری و با شاهد مقایسه شد. نتایج نشان داد اثر ضد قارچی عصارههای گالA. persica وابسته به غلظت بوده و همراه با افزایش غلظت عصاره، خاصیت ضد قارچی آنها افزایش مییابد. مقایسه میان اثر عصارهها نشان داد که اگرچه عصارهها در غلظتهای مورد استفاده، خاصیت ضد قارچی معنیدار روی رشد و وزن پرگنههای قارچی نداشتهاند، اما عصاره الکلی اسپورزایی قارچها را مهار کرد. بطوریکه عصاره الکلی در غلظت های 50 و 70 میلیگرم بر میلیلیتر و بالاتر به طور معنیداری موجب کاهش تولید اسپور در محیطهای کشت قارچی شد؛ از اینرو لازم است در مطالعات آتی در زمینه کاربرد دارویی آن تحقیقات جامع تری صورت گیرد.

تجمع زیستی برخی از فلزات سنگین در خاک و برگ درختان کنار (Ziziphus spina-christi) شرکت فولاد اکسین خوزستان
در این پژوهش تجمع فلزات سنگین آهن، منگنز، سرب و کادمیوم در برگ گونهی بومی کنار بررسی شد. برای این منظور نمونههایی از برگ و خاک در پای درختان از پنج ایستگاه در محدوده شرکت فولاد اکسین خوزستان جمعآوری شدند. ایستگاه 1 در مرکز شرکت و در مجاورت منبع آلودگی بود. ایستگاه 2 در 100 متری از کارخانه و در مسیر جهت باد غالب بود. ایستگاههای شماره 3 و 4 در فاصلهای تقریباً 200 متری از منبع آلودگی و در جهت باد غالب قرار داشت. ایستگاه 5 در سه کیلومتری از کارخانه و در جهت خلاف باد غالب (بهعنوان ایستگاه شاهد) قرار داشت. مقایسه مقدار عناصر در ایستگاه های مورد بررسی نشان داد که کمترین مقدار غلظت عناصر در برگ درختان و در خاک پای درختان کنار در ایستگاه 5 و بیشترین آن در ایستگاه 1 حاصل شد، بنابراین میتوان بیان کرد که فاصله از کارخانه و جهت باد غالب بر مقدار غلظت این عناصر در برگ درختان تاثیرگذار است. محاسبه ضریب تجمع زیستی چهار فلز سنگین آهن، منگنز، سرب و کادمیوم نشان داد که درختان کنار تنها قادر به جذب کادمیوم با ضریب بیشتر از یک از خاک هستند. بنابراین با توجه به کارا بودن درختان کنار در جذب فلز سنگین کادمیوم از یک سو و استفاده مستقیم مردم از میوه و برگ درختان کنار از سوی دیگر، پیشنهاد میشود که استفاده از این درختان در مناطقی مانند خوزستان یا مناطقی با شرایط اقلیمی و خاکی مشابه که آلودگی کادمیوم وجود دارد، با توجه به ملاحظات محیطزیستی لازم باشد.

تنوع گونه ای زنبورهای تخمریز اره ای (Hymenoptera: Symphyta) در نواحی جنگلی استانهای گلستان و مازندران
در این مطالعه تنوع گونه ای زنبورهای تخمریز اره ای (Hymenoptera: Symphyta) در جنگلهای شمال ایران مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای نمونه برداری تعداد هشت عدد تله ی مالیز از فروردین تا آبان سال 1395 در قسمتهای مختلف جنگلهای استان مازندران و گلستان نصب گردید. روش نمونهبرداری در تمام مناطق مشابه بود. نمونه های جمع آوری شده تا سطح گونه شناسایی شده و تعداد افراد هر گونه نیز شمارش گردید. در مجموع 37 گونه جمع آوری و شناسایی گردید. تنوع گونهای با استفاده از نرم افزار SDR 4 محاسبه شد. نتایج نشان داد در استان گلستان جنگل شموشک با 18 گونه و همچنین در استان مازندران جنگل هفت خال با 14 گونه از تنوع گونه ای بیشتری برخوردار بودند. هم چنین استان گلستان دارای تنوع گونه ای و یکنواختی بیشتری نسبت به استان مازندران بود. در بین کل نمونه های جمع آوری شده به ترتیب گونه های Tenthredopsis ornata با 127 فرد (79/37 %)، Cladius pectinicornis با 58 نمونه (26/17%) و Allantus didymus با 34 نمونه (12/10%) بیشترین فراوانی را به خود اختصاص دادند.

جهت تعیین الگوی مکانی احتمال آتشسوزی در جنگلهای شهرستان بویراحمد، از مدلهای تابع شواهد قطعی و ماشین بردار پشتیبان استفاده شد. به این منظور در ابتدا 145 موقعیت آتشسوزی گذشته براساس گزارشها، دادههایMODIS و با بررسیهای میدانی با استفاده ازGPS ثبت شد که از این تعداد، 70% برای مدلسازی و 30% بهمنظور اعتبارسنجی مدل استفاده گردید. در مرحله بعد 15 عامل (طبقات ارتفاعی، درجه شیب، جهت شیب، شاخص موقعیت توپوگرافی، شاخص رطوبت توپوگرافی، انحناء سطح، فاصله از روستا، فاصله از رودخانه، فاصله از جاده، سازندهای زمین شناسی، NDVI، کاربری اراضی، تبخیر و تعرق سالانه، بارندگی سالانه و درجه حرارت سالانه) برای بررسی خطر آتشسوزی انتخاب و نقشههای آن تهیه شد. بعد از انجام تست همخطی بین متغیرهای مستقل، از مدلهای تابع شواهد قطعی و ماشین بردار پشتیبان برای ایجاد نقشه پهنهبندی آتشسوزی استفاده شد. برای مدلسازی، مکانهای آتشسوزی رخ داده در گذشته مشخص شد و 70 درصد دادههای جمعآوری شده بهعنوان دادههای آموزشی برای مدلسازی و 30 درصد دادهها جهت اعتبارسنجی مدل استفاده شد. نتایج مطالعه از طریق نقشه پهنههای آتشسوزی نشان داد که مناطق با حساسیتهای خیلیزیاد و زیاد، 40 درصد منطقه را پوشش داده اند. نتایج اعتبارسنجی کارایی مدل های تابع شواهد قطعی بیانگر سطح زیر منحنی برابر با 72.2 درصد و ماشین بردار پشتیبان با سطح زیر منحنی 83 درصد بوده و الگوریتم ماشین بردار پشتیبان در منطقه مورد مطالعه توانست احتمال وقوع آتشسوزی را بهتر پیشبینی کند. از نتایج تحقیق پیشرو برای برنامه ریزی و مدیریت خطر آتشسوزیهای آینده در منطقه مورد مطالعه بهره برد.

ریختشناسی، زیستشناسی و تغییرات جمعیت زنبور Anastatus acherontiae پارازیتویید شبپره برگخوار دو نواریStreblote siva در شهر بوشهر
زنبور Anastatus acherontiae Narayanan, Subba Rao & Ramachandra پارازیتویید مرحله تخم شبپره برگخوار دو نواری، Streblote siva (Lefebvre)، و تخم پروانه کله مرده، Acherontia atropos (L.)، است. کلنی این زنبور از تودههای تخم شبپره برگخوار دو نواری تشکیل شد و تحت شرایط یک دوره نور-دما، در 16 ساعت روشنایی با دمای 26 درجه سلسیوس و 8 ساعت تاریکی در دمای 18 درجه سلسیوس، پرورش داده شد. تخم A. acherontiae بیضوی و دارای یک ساقه با طول 004/0±654/0 میلیمتر است. این گونه دارای پنج سن لاروی است. میانگین طول حشرات کامل ماده این حشره 014/0±678/2 میلیمتر است. اختلاف معنیدار بین طول عمر زنبورهای ماده که با محلول آبعسل تغذیه شد (47/1±25/ 109 روز) با زنبورهایی که با آب و میزبان تغذیه شد (34/0±63/21 روز) وجود داشت. مرحله رشد و نمو تخم زنبور 12/0±80/3 روز به طول انجامید. فعالیت لاروها تا ظهور حشرات بالغ 58/0±40/25 روز سپری شد. مرحله شفیرگی زنبور 26/0±80/9 روز طول کشید. از زمان تخمریزی A. acherontiae تا خروج زنبور بالغ از تخم میزبان 30/0±40/37 روز سپری شد. میانگین تعداد تخم گذاشته شده 74/1±56/60 تخم محاسبه شد. زنبور A. acherontiae در بوشهر دارای دو تا سه نسل همپوشان در سال است. شروع فعالیت از اوایل مهر است و این روند تا آذر ادامه داشت. نسل دوم این زنبور در اسفند، نسل بهاره میزبان را پارازیته کرد. زمستانگذرانی در مرحله پیش شفیرگی درون تخم میزبان و حشرات بالغ رخ داد. کسب این اطلاعات ارزشمند گامی به سوی تولید انبوه پارازیتویید و بهره جستن از آن در برنامههای مهار زیستی است.

مطالعه هموگرام و تاثیر تنش دما بر فراوانی ایمنوسیتهای کرم جگری Cossus cossus (Lepidoptera: Cossidae)
ورود عوامل بیمارگر، عفونتها و آلاینده های محیط به همولنف حشرات، تنشهای دمایی و تغییرات رژیم غذایی، سامانه ایمنی حشرات را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد. ایمنی حشرات شامل مولفه هایی است که سلولهای خونی اجزای اصلی آن محسوب می شوند. در تحقیق حاضر، مطالعه مرفولوژی و تغییرات تراکم سلولهای خونی در همولنف کرم جگری در برابر تنشهای دمایی ملاک کار قرار گرفت. سلولهای خونی مراحل مختلف لاروی پروانه کرم جگری Cossus cossus پس از رنگ آمیزی با گیمسا مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و واکنش این سلولها در برابر دماهای 4 و 30 درجه سلسیوس ارزیابی شد. پنج نوع هموسیت شامل پروهموسیتها، گرانولوسیتها، پلاسموتوسیتها، اونوسیتوئیدها و اسفرولوسیتها در لاروها شناسایی شد. ولی پراکندگی آنها در مراحل مختلف لاروی، متفاوت بود. شمارش کل سلولهای خونی نشان داد که با افزایش سن لاروی و جثه بدن، به تدریج بر تعداد سلولهای خونی و حجم همولنف افزوده میشود. شمارش تفرقی سلولهای خونی نشان داد که پلاسموتوسیتها و گرانولوسیتها در لاروهای سنین پنجم و ششم بیشترین فراوانی را نسبت به سایر مراحل رشدی داشتند. گرانولوسیتها در برابر تنش گرما و سرما بیشترین تغییرات فراوانی را نشان دادند و پلاسموتوسیتها نیز تحت تاثیر سرما به طور معنی داری کاهش یافتند. به نظر می رسد شناخت ویژگیهای هموسیتهای این آفت چوبخوار و تغییرات فراوانی ایمنوسیتها در مقابل تنشهای دمایی بتواند به عنوان مقدمه ای بر مطالعات ایمنی شناسی این آفت قلمداد شود. قطعا جهت بررسی برهمکنش سیستم ایمنی کرم جگری با عوامل بیمارگر و سنجش به صرفه بودن کنترل میکروبیولوژیک، نیاز به تحقیقات تکمیلی می باشد.

فون سوسکهای زمینی (خانوادهCarabidae ) در مراتع استان البرز (ایران)
در سال 1395 فون سوسکهای خانواده Carabidae در استان البرز مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. حشرات به صورت مستقیم و یا با استفاده از تلههای گودالی و نوری جمعآوری شدند. اولین بازدید از تلهها هفته چهارم فروردینماه بود و پس از آن هر دو هفته یکبار بازدید انجام گردید. در ماههای خرداد و تیر به علت گرمای بیش از حد هوا، بازدید هر 10 روز انجام شد. آماربرداری تا آخر مهرهاه ادامه یافت. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق جمعآوری و شناسایی 26 گونه متعلق به 17 جنس بودند که 6 گونه برای اولین بار از استان البرز گزارش شدند که با علامت * مشخص شدهاند. پروانه برگخوار Dicycla ooدر جنگلهای استان چهارمحال و بختیاری در سال های اخیرافزایش جمعیت داشته و سبب خسارت شدهاست. طی سالهای 1391-1390 ویژگیهای زیستی آفت در شرایط صحرائی و آزمایشگاهی بررسی شد. طی مراجعات مختلف در منطقه حضور آفت از ابتدای اسفند تا پایان خرداد ماه، بصورت هفتگی از 20 درخت بلوط نمونهبرداری شد و در هر درخت 4 شاخه در چهار جهت جغرافیائی جهت مطالعه ویژگیهای زیستی آفت انتخاب گردید. روند خروج حشرات کامل به وسیله تله نوری ثبت شد. در طی فصل زمستان بازدیدهایی به منظور تعیین زمستانگذرانی آفت به عمل آمد. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد لاروهای سنین مختلف این آفت از جوانهها و برگهای درختان بلوط تغذیه میکنند. مدت زمان سنین لاروی در شرایط آزمایشگاهی و صحرائی به ترتیب 26/ ± 22 و 14/ ± 29 روز بود. مدت زمان شفیرگی نیز در شرایط آزمایشگاهی و صحرائی3/ ±8 و 16/ ±11 روز و مدت زمان عمر حشرات کامل به ترتیب در شرایط صحرایی و آزمایشگاهی 2/ ±7 و±9 11/ روز بود. حشرات کامل ماده خارج شده پس از جفت گیری روی درختان بر روی سر شاخهها به صورت دسته ای و در زیر پولک های ایجاد شده توسط حشره ماده تخمریزی میکنند. این آفت در منطقه مورد مطالعه به صورت تخم تابستان و زمستانگذرانی می کند و در سال یک نسل دارد. پروانه مذکور توسط زنده یاد مرحوم دکتر عبائی مورد شناسائی قرار گرفت.
