تأثیر جادههای جنگلی بر فلور، شکل زیستی و انتشار جغرافیایی پوشش گیاهی در تیپ ممرز- راش، جنگل خیرود
ساخت شبکه جاده های جنگلی از جمله دخالت های انسانی است که سبب آشفتگی در جنگل می شود. هدف از این پژوهش، تعیین فاصله اثرگذار جاده های درجه دو جنگلی بر فلور، شکل زیستی و انتشار جغرافیایی گونه های گیاهی در تیپ ممرز- راش، جنگل خیرود نوشهر بود. بدین منظور، 36 خط نمونه به طول 100 متر (در هر دامنه خاکریزی و خاکبرداری 18 خط نمونه) از حاشیه جاده تا درون جنگل انتخاب و در طول هر خط نمونه، هشت قطعه نمونه به ابعاد 2×1 متر با فواصل صفر متری (حاشیه جاده)، پنج، 10، 15، 20، 30، 45 و 100 متری برداشت شدند. نتایج نشان داد که بیشینه فاصله اثرگذار جاده بر فلور، 15 متر است زیرا که از این فاصله به بعد، درصد فراوانی دو خانواده ی Fagaceae و Betulaceae به صورت غالب در میآید و خانوادههای Rosaceae، Cyperaceae و Poaceae درصد حضورشان کاهش مییابد. بیشترین فاصله اثرگذار بر شکل زیستی، 20 متر است زیرا بعد از این فاصله درصد حضور ژئوفیتها و همیکریپتوفیت ها کم و بر درصد حضور فانروفیتها افزوده میشود. جاده های جنگلی تا بیشینه فاصله 15 متر بر انتشار جغرافیایی گیاهان اثرگذارند زیرا بعد از این فاصله، کروتیپهای جهانوطنی و نیمه جهانوطنی حضور ندارند و درصد حضور گونه های چندناحیه ای کاهش و شکل غالب انتشار جغرافیایی به صورت اروپا- سیبری یا اروپا- سیبری و مدیترانه ای تغییر مییابد. استفاده از بیل مکانیکی به جای بولدوزر در هنگام ساخت جاده که تخریب کمتری در عرصه ایجاد میکند و رعایت دقیق استانداردهای پروفیل های طولی و عرضی جاده جنگلی میتواند باعث کاهش اثرات منفی جاده بر بومسازگان شود.

پیشبینی احتمال خشکیدگی جنگلهای استان لرستان با استفاده از رویکرد مدلسازی ترکیبی
شناسایی مناطق جنگلی مستعد خشکیدگی به منظور انجام اقدامات پیشگیرانه میتواند نقش بسزایی در مبارزه با این پدیده ایفا کند. مطالعات قبلی حاکی از کارآمدی مدلسازی در شناسایی اینگونه مناطق است. از اینرو برای شناسایی مناطق جنگلی مستعد خشکیدگی در استان لرستان از 15 مدل به صورت ترکیبی استفاده شد. مناطقی از جنگل که دارای زوال بالای 50% بودند به عنوان متغیر وابسته و عوامل محیطی میانگین بارندگی سالیانه، میانگین دمای سالیانه، میانگین رطوبت نسبی، شاخص خشکی، شاخص خشکسالی، تبخیر و تعرق، شاخص گرد و غبار، فاصله از اراضی کشاورزی و آبراههها، شیب، جهت و NDVI به عنوان متغیرهای مستقل وارد مدلها شدند. میزان AUC هر مدل در نقشه خروجی حاصل از آن ضرب و میانگین 15 مدل به عنوان مدل ترکیبی در نظر گرفته شد. نقشه احتمال خشکیدگی حاصله بیانگر افزایش احتمال خشکیدگی از قسمتهای مرکزی جنگلهای استان به سمت قسمتهای جنوب و جنوب غربی بود. مدلهای جنگل تصادفی و ماشین بردار پشتیبان با AUC برابر 1 بالاترین و مدل Bioclim با AUC برابر با 75/0 کمترین کارایی را داشتند. طبق مدل ترکیبی حدود 7/23، 5/7 و 5/19 درصد از جنگلهای استان لرستان به ترتیب احتمال خشکیدگی کم، متوسط و زیاد را دارا هستند. عوامل اقلیمی شاخص خشکی، بارش، دما و تبخیر و تعرق به ترتیب بیشترین تأثیرگذاری را در مدلها داشتند. پژوهش پیش رو علاوه بر تأکید بر کارایی مدلسازی در شناسایی مناطق جنگلی دارای احتمال خشکیدگی، نشان داد که استفاده ترکیبی از مدلها نتایج بهتری را نسبت به استفاده مجزا از آنها به بار میآورد.

معرفی آفات بادام وحشی در منطقه کره بس استان چهارمحال و بختیاری
منطقه «کرهبس» یکی از رویشگاههای گونههای متعدد بادام وحشی در استانچهارمحال و بختیاری است. طی سالهای 1393-1391 جمعآوری و شناسایی آفات چهارگونه بادام وحشی Amygdalus arabica Oliver،Amygdalus elaeagnifolia Spach،Amygdalus haussknechtii (C. K. Schneider) و Amygdalus scoparia Spach در این منطقه انجام شد. نمونهها ازابتدا تا پایان فصل رویش به روشهای معمول جمعآوری و شناسایی شد. جهت تعیین میزان آلودگی آفات تعداد ده پایه از هر گونه در سه طبقه ارتفاعی 1600-1800، 1800-2000 و 2000 متری در دو دامنه شمالی و جنوبی در این منطقه انتخاب و درصد آلودگی پایههای یاد شده نسبت به آفات تعیین شد. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد سوسک طوقه و ریشه Capnodis tenebrionis Linnaeus، سوسک چوبخوارOsphranteria coerulescens Redt ، سوسک پوستخوارGuerinScolytus amygdali، زنبور مغزخوار بادام Eurytoma amygdali End، زنجرههایCicadatra alhageosKolenati،Chlorosalta smaragdula ، زنجرک Paoli Empoasca decedens، پروانه Staudinge Lasiocampa nanaو جوجه تیغی Hystrix indica Kerrنقش مهمی در تخریب بادامهای وحشی در این منطقه دارند. به علاوه دو گونه انگل گلدارLoranthus grewinskii Boiss & Buhse و . Orobanch spروی گونهها فعالیت قابل چشمگیری دارند و خسارت وارد میکنند. همچنین میزان آلودگی آفات مختلف براساس گونه بادام و گونه آفت متفاوت است. در مجموع متوسط آلودگی آفات بر روی کل پایههای انتخاب شده چهار گونه بادام در این رویشگاه نشان داد سوسک طوقه و ریشه sinoirbenet .Cدارای بیشترین میزان آلودگیو پروانه برگخوار anan .L دارای کمترین میزان آلودگی به ترتیب با 25/11 درصد و 66/1 درصد بودند.

مشارکت جوامع روستایی در تصمیم گیری، نظارت و ارزشیابی مدیریت خشکیدگی جنگل های بلوط استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد
جنگلهای زاگرس در دهه اخیر، با پدیده خشکیدگی مواجه شدهاند و تبدیل به یکی از دغدغههای مهم ذینفعان از جمله جوامع روستایی و عشایری شده است. موفقیت مدیریت خشکیدگی مستلزم مشارکت خانوارهای روستایی وابسته به این جنگلها است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی میزان مشارکت جوامع روستایی در تصمیمگیری، تهیه، نظارت و ارزشیابی مدیریت خشکیدگی جنگلهای بلوط است. دادهها از طریق یک روششناسی توصیفی-تحلیلی با استفاده از مصاحبه ساختارمند گردآوری شده و نمونهای متشکل از 250 خانوار روستایی ساکن در اطراف جنگلهای آلوده به خشکیدگی در استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد از طریق یک روش نمونهگیری چند مرحلهای انتخاب شدند. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه از طریق نظرات متخصصان مرتبط و پایایی ابزار با استفاده از آزمون راهنما و محاسبه ضریب کرونباخ آلفا (مقادیر بین 662/0 تا 981/0) بدست آمد برای تحلیل روایی سازه از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی استفاده گردید. نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که بیشتر پاسخگویان مشارکت ضعیفی در مراحل مختلف مدیریت خشکیدگی داشتند و مشارکت کنندگان اغلب در نقش دریافتکننده اطلاعات یا ارائهدهندگان اطلاعات در مرحله شناسایی خشکیدگی و حفاظت از پروژههای اجرا شده فعالیت کرده بودند. تحلیل همبستگی و رگرسیون نشان داد که مشارکت روستاییان به طور مثبت و معنیداری تحت تأثیر متغیرهایی همچون خسارت خانوارها ناشی از خشکیدگی، درصد جنگل آلوده شده در منطقه، سطح تحصیلات، توانایی مالی و فکری خانوار در مشارکت، میزان تعاملات با کنشگران بیرونی، شرکت در دورههای ترویجی، و مداخله و حمایتهای مالی برای ارتقای مشارکت توسط سازمانهای بیرونی است.

پارازیتوییدهای جوانه خوار بلوط ( L. Tortrix viridana) در استان کردستان
جوانه خوار بلوط1758 Tortrix viridana L. دارای دشمنان طبیعی متعددی است، به منظور شناسایی پارازیتوییدهای جوانه خوار بلوط و بررسی میزان تأثیر این عوامل طبیعی در کنترل جمعیت آفت، مطالعه حاضر، در شهرستانهای مریوان و بانه طی سالهای 1391 و 1392 انجام شد. نمونهبرداری به صورت هر ماه یکبار، از اواسط اسفند ماه با بازدید از جنگلهای آلوده، انجام شد که حداقل 50 تخم آفت جمعآوری و به منظور خروج پارازیتهای احتمالی تخم، به آزمایشگاه منتقل شدند. همزمان با ظهور لاروها و شفیره های آفت، با بازدید هفتگی از مناطق آلوده، از هر منطقه مشخص، حداقل 100 لارو و یا شفیره جمع آوری و پس از انتقال به آزمایشگاه در ظروف پرورش قرار داده شده و با بازدید مرتب قفسها، پارازیتوییدهای خارج شده جمع آوری و شناسایی و میزان پارازیتیسم و نوع پارازیتویید در هر مرحله مشخص شد و در نهایت درصد کلی پارازیتیسم تعیین گردید. بر اساس نتایج، هیچگونه پارازیتوییدی از تخم های آفت خارج نشد. اما با بررسی لاروها و شفیره های آفت، در مجموع 10 گونه زنبور پارازیتویید متعلق به 6 خانواده مختلف و 3 گونه مگس پارازیتویید متعلق به خانواده Tachinidae شناسایی شدند. بررسی ها نشان داد که میزان پارازیتیسم لاروهای سنین پایین بسیار ناچیز بود اما در لاروهای سنین بالا و شفیره ها، پارازیتیسم بین 15 تا 25 درصد بود. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، در هر دو سال اجرای پروژه، گونهGoniozus yezo Terayama, 2006 با میانگین 7/66 درصد، بیشترین فراوانی را داشت و پس از آن گونه هایBrachymeria minuta (Linnaeus, 1767) با 13 و Apantelessp. با 5/8 درصد، نسبت به سایر گونه ها فراوانی بیشتری داشتند.

تأثیر اندازهی بدن، رژیم غذایی و جفتگیری روی طول عمر و برخی جنبههای تولیدمثلی شبپرهی برگخوار دو نواری (Streblote siva (Lefebvre
ارتباط بین اندازهی بدن، رژیم غذایی، باروری و برخی جنبههای تولیدمثلی در شبپرهی برگخوار دو نواریStreblote siva (Lefebvre) (Lep., Lasiocampidae) در آزمایشگاه ارزیابی شد. بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر کیفیت گیاه میزبان در افزایش وزن این حشره، میزان ازت خام برگهای گیاهان مورد آزمایش با استفاده از دستگاه کجلدال اندازهگیری شد. دامنهی به نسبت زیاد در وزن لارو سن ششم، شفیره، حشرهی ماده بالغ باعث به وجود آمدن دامنهی زیاد تخمریزی شده که نتیجهی تغذیه روی گونههای گیاهی متفاوت میباشد. نتایج نشان داد اختلاف معنیداری روی وزن، طول بال جلو و تعداد تخم حشرات ماده بالغ پرورش یافته روی میزبانهای مختلف گیاهی، وجود دارد در حالی که از نظر اندازهی تخم اختلاف معنیداری دیده نشد (P<0.05). وزن لارو سن ششم با وزن شفیرهی ماده، وزن حشرهی ماده بالغ و تعداد تخم ارتباط معنیداری داشت اما با اندازهی تخم تفاوت معنیداری نشان نداد (P<0.05). برای میانگین RAF50 مقدار 01/0±23/0 به دست آمد که نشانگر بیشترین تخمریزی حشرات ماده در اوایل دورهی زندگی نسبت به بقیهی طول عمر میباشد. حشرات مادهی جفتگیری کرده بهطور معنیداری دارای طول عمر بیشتر بودند (P<0.05). نسبت حشرات نر به مادهی جمعآوریشده 1 به 1 به دست آمد (P=0.66). افزایش وزن لاروها روی دو تیمار غذایی کُنوکارپوس و کُنار اختلاف معنیداری نشان نداد در حالی که با آکاسیا اختلاف معنیداری داشتند (P<0.05).

گزارش علمی اولین گزارش قارچ Beauveria bassiana از شب پره شمشاد (Cydalima perspectalis) در ایران
شمشاد خزری (Buxus hyrcana Pojark.) از معدود درختان پهن برگ همیشه سبز جنگلهای خزری است که دیر زیستی بالایی (بالغ بر 500 سال) داشته و امروزه به دلیل کاهش چشمگیر جنگلهای آن، در فهرست گونه های گیاهی در خطر انقراض اتحادیه بین المللی حفظ طبیعت (IUCN) قرار دارد (Jalili & Jamzad, 1999). متاسفانه در حال حاضر آفت شب پره شمشاد (Cydalima perspectalis Walker) به سرعت روی این میزبان در مناطق شمالی کشور در حال توسعه است و درختان شمشاد (از نهال تا درخت مسن) در اثر تغذیه لاروهای این آفت دچار خشکیدگی شدهاند. این مسئله، ضرورت اقدامی جدی را برای کنترل این آفت ایجاب میکند. با توجه به وجود درخت شمشاد در اکوسیستم های طبیعی جنگل و نیز در فضای سبز و مناطق شهری، باید از ترکیبات ایمن و دوستدار محیط زیست در جهت کنترل این آفت استفاده کرد. هدف این تحقیق جمع آوری و شناسایی هیفومیستهای بیمارگر شب پره شمشاد در مناطق آلوده بود. در این ارتباط، ضمن بازدید از مناطق آسیب دیده شمشاد در استان گیلان، اقدام به جمع آوری حشرات مشکوک به آلودگی قارچی شد (شکل 1). پس از ضدعفونی و کشت نمونه حشرات آلوده در آزمایشگاه، جدایه های قارچی بدست آمده شناسایی شدند.

مقاله کوتاه اولین گزارش طغیان و شناسایی لارو زنبور برگخوار بلوط Periclista sp. (Hymenoptera: Tenthredinidae) با استفاده از ژن COI در ایران
زنبور برگخوار بلوط Periclista sp. (Hymenoptera: Tenthredinidae) آفت مهم درخت بلوط در سراسر دنیاست. طی چند سال گذشته در جنگلهای بلوط منطقه قلایی شهرستان الشتر استان لرستان، منحصراً روی گونه بلوط Quercus infectoria، یک گونه حشره آفت برگخوار طی اردیبهشت و خرداد ضمن برگخواری شدید خسارات جدی به این درختان تحمیل میکند. پس از جمع آوری و شناسایی مقدماتی نمونه های لارو، با استفاده از تکثیر و توالی یابی قسمتی از ژنcytochrome oxidase subunit I هویت آنها تأیید شد که این آفت یک نوع زنبور از خانواده Tenthredinidae متعلق به جنس Periclista است. تنها میزبان شناخته شده آن در منطقه گونه Q. infectoria است. خسارات وارده توسط این آفت بسیار زیاد و جدی است زیرا لاروهای آن به شدت برگخوار بوده و درختان بلوط را به طور کامل فاقد برگ میکنند. به منظور شناسایی دقیق گونه در آینده دستیابی به حشره بالغ ضروری است.
