رابطه بین تغییر اقلیم و آتشسوزی در جنگلهای استان گلستان
آتشسوزی یکی از مهمترین عوامل تخریب بومسازگانهای جنگلی محسوب میشود. این تحقیق با هدف بررسی تأثیر عوامل اقلیمی بر آتشسوزی جنگلهای گلستان انجام شد. بدینمنظور آمار تعداد و وسعت آتشسوزیهای بهوقوعپیوسته در دو دهه اخیر (از سال 1369 تا 1389) در جنگلهای استان گلستان از اداره کل منابع طبیعی گلستان و دادههای اقلیمی دو دهه اخیر از اداره کل هواشناسی گلستان تهیه گردید. برای بدست آوردن متوسط دادههای اقلیمی استان گلستان، از دادههای اقلیمی متوسط درجهحرارت سالانه، متوسط بارندگی سالانه و متوسط رطوبت نسبی سالانه مربوط به چهار ایستگاه هواشناسی استان، میانگینگیری شد. سپس نمودار مربوط به دادههای اقلیمی ترسیم و تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها در نرمافزارSPSS انجام شد. بررسی آماری دادههای اقلیمی بر اساس ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که بین تعداد آتشسوزیهای بهوقوعپیوسته در استان گلستان و متوسط درجهحرارت سالانه در سطح اطمینان 95% و بین تعداد آتشسوزیها و متوسط رطوبت نسبی سالانه در سطح اطمینان 99% رابطه معنیداری وجود دارد، اما بین تعداد آتشسوزیها و میانگین بارندگی سالانه ارتباط معنیداری وجود ندارد. از طرف دیگر بین وسعت آتشسوزیهای بهوقوعپیوسته در استان گلستان و متوسط رطوبت نسبی سالانه در سطح اطمینان 95% رابطه معنیداری وجود دارد، اما بین وسعت آتشسوزیها و متوسط درجهحرارت سالانه و همچنین متوسط بارندگی سالانه ارتباط معنیداری مشاهده نمیشود. نتایج کلی حکایت از آن دارد که بین آتشسوزیهای استان گلستان و میانگین درجهحرارت سالانه رابطه مستقیم و بین این آتشسوزیها و میانگین رطوبت نسبی سالانه رابطه معکوس وجود دارد.

روند بازیابی مواد آلی خاک تخریبشده طی یک دوره ده ساله پس از عملیات چوبکشی در جنگل
عملیات بهرهبرداری جنگل و چوبکشی زمینی بهدلیل ایجاد کوبیدگی شدید و تخریب خاک، میتواند موجب تغییر در خصوصیات فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک شود. از سویی دیگر اطلاعات کمی در خصوص زمان لازم برای بازیابی خصوصیات خاک تخریبشده وجود دارد. ازاینرو تحقیق حاضر به منظور بررسی تغییرات مواد آلی، بهعنوان یکی از خصوصیات مهم شیمیایی خاک، در اثر عملیات چوبکشی و روند بازیابی آن طی ده سال پس از عملیات چوبکشی انجام شد. بررسی تغییرات مواد آلی در سه بخش ترددی کم، متوسط و زیاد یک مسیر چوبکشی که اخیرا کار چوبکشی در آن به پایان رسیده بود و سه مسیر که یک، پنج و ده سال از آخرین تردد ماشینآلات در آنها میگذشت، انجام شد. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که عملیات چوبکشی با توجه به شدت تردد ماشینآلات، باعث کاهش مواد آلی به میزان 5/32، 5/53 و 5/58 درصد بهترتیب در ترددهای کم، متوسط و شدید نسبت به تیمار شاهد میشود و میزان بازیابی نیز با توجه به شدتهای ترددی در سنین مختلف متغیر است و بستگی به شدت تخریب خاک دارد؛ بهطوریکه با گذشت زمان، شدت تردد کم، بیشترین میزان بازیابی را نسبت به دو تردد دیگر نشان میداد. در مجموع نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که تخریب مواد آلی خاک در اثر عملیات چوبکشی بیش از حد آستانه تخریب است و حتی پس از گذشت ده سال این تغییرات به طور کامل بازیابی نشدند و اختلافاتی را با تیمار شاهد نشان دادند.

بررسی و پیشبینی زوال درختان بلوط با استفاده از مدل رگرسیون لجستیک (مطالعه موردی: جنگلهای بیوره ملکشاهی- ایلام)
تنشهای ناشی از خشکسالیهای اخیر و نفوذ ریزگردها سبب ضعف فیزیولوژیک درختان بلوط شده است بهطوریکه حملات حشرات و عوامل بیماریزا منجر به خشکیدگی درختان بلوط در جنگلهای زاگرس شده است. برای ارزیابی تأثیر عوامل فیزیوگرافی شکل زمین، تراکم پوشش جنگلی و خاک منطقه بر میزان و پراکنش خشکیدگی درختان بلوط در جنگلهای بیوره شهرستان ملکشاهی در استان ایلام از مدل رگرسیون لجستیک استفاده شد. بدینمنظور در قطعه نمونهای به مساحت 540 هکتار با استفاده از سیستم موقعیتیاب جهانی اقدام به برداشت موقعیت درختان خشکیده شد. سپس با استفاده از این نقاط و مدل رقومی ارتفاع منطقه مورد مطالعه نقشههای درختان خشکیده بلوط، ارتفاع از سطح دریا، جهت شیب و درصد شیب، تراکم پوشش جنگلی و خاک منطقه تهیه شد. برای درک ارتباط هر یک از عوامل با خشکیدگی درختان بلوط از مدل رگرسیون لجستیک استفاده شد، بهطوری که نقشههای عوامل ذکر شده بهعنوان متغیر مستقل و نقشه موقعیت درختان خشکیده بلوط به عنوان متغیر وابسته وارد مدل رگرسیونی شدند. نتایج حاصل از مدل نشان داد که با افزایش ارتفاع از سطح دریا و در جهتهای جنوبی و غربی و افزایش تراکم پوشش جنگلی و در مناطق با عمق کم خاک و افزایش درصد شیب منطقه میزان و پراکنش درختان خشکیده بلوط افزایش مییابد. در نهایت بر اساس تأثیر هر یک از متغیرهای مستقل و نقشه کنونی موقعیت درختان خشکیده، نقشه احتمال خشکیدگی درختان بلوط در آینده تهیه شد.

رابطهی بین برخی از متغیرهای محیطی با روند گسترش بیماری ذغالی در درختان بلندمازو (Quercus castaneifolia C.A. Mey)
در سالهای اخیر شیوع بیماری ذغالی ناشی از قارچ Biscogniauxia mediterranea (De Not.) Kuntze،در جنگلهای بلوط ایران در حال گسترش است. تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطهی بین برخی از متغیرهای محیطی بر روند اپیدمی بیماری ذغالی در دوره زمانی یکساله (1393-1392) در درختان بلوط بلندمازو در پارک جنگلی قرق در استان گلستان انجام شد. برای این منظور، وضعیت سلامت 385 اصله درخت در هفت ترانسکت با 102 گره بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که 8/25، 4/14 و 8/59 درصد درختان نمونهبرداری شده به ترتیب سالم، کاملاً خشک و دارای درجات مختلف آلودگی به بیماری ذغالی بودند. میزان آلودگی و افزایش شدت خسارت در درختان قطور بیشتر از درختان جوان است، با وجود این میزان مرگ و میر در درختان جوان بالاتر بود. در مجموع، میزان مرگ و میر و آلودگی درختان بلندمازو در منطقه مورد مطالعه به ترتیب 5/1 و 5/49 درصد در سال میباشد. علاوه بر این نتایج نشان داد که ارتفاع از سطح دریا و شیب زمین از عوامل مؤثر بر چگونگی توزیع شدت و میزان آلودگی بیماری ذغالی هستند. شیوع بیماری ذغالی، اثرات مخربی بر ساختار جنگلهای بلوط دارد بهطوریکه تحت تأثیر متغیرهای محیطی قرار میگیرد. در نهایت، تهیه مدلهای اپیدمی بیماری، نیاز به درک درستی از چگونگی اثرگذاری متغیرهای محیطی بر تعامل میزبان- پاتوژن، دارد و یافتههای این پژوهش میتواند الگوی مناسبی برای مدیریت و کنترل بیماری ذغالی فراهم کند و برای حفاظت و احیاء اکوسیستمهای جنگلی بهکار گرفته شود.

جداسازی و شناسایی قارچهای اندومیکوریزی موجود در ریزوسفر درختان بادام (Amygdalus scoparia Spach) در جنگلهای زاگرس (مطالعه موردی: ذخیرهگاه جنگلی کلم در استان ایلام)
این تحقیق بهمنظور شناسایی قارچهای میکوریزی با درختان بادام (Amygdalus scoparia) در ذخیرهگاه جنگلی کلم در استان ایلام، انجام شد. بدین منظور در ریزوسفر درختان بادام نمونههای خاک از عمق 0-30 سانتیمتری تهیه شد. آنگاه نمونههای خاک پس از انتقال به آزمایشگاه در هوای آزاد خشک شده و بعد اسپور قارچها به روش الک تر و سانتریفیوژ جدا شد. پس از استخراج اسپور قارچها، اسلایدهای دائمی تهیه گردید و قارچها با استفاده از ویژگیهای مرفولوژیکی شناسایی شدند. در این مطالعه، 13 گونه قارچ میکوریز آربوسکولار متعلق به هفت جنس: Funneliformis، Acaulospora،Gigaspora ،Septoglomus ،Diversispora ، Claroideoglomusو Rhizophagus در ریزوسفر بادام شناسایی شدند که جنس Rhizophagus با 8/30 درصد، جنس غالب در منطقه بود. علاوهبراین گونههای Funneliformis caledonius، F. mosseae، Rhizophagus intraradices، R. fasciculatus ،R. clarum، Claroideoglomus drummondii و Gigaspora gigantea بیشترین فراوانی و گونهی C. etunicatumکمترین فراوانی را در ریزوسفر بادام داشتند. همچنین بیشترین فراوانی اسپور قارچ، متعلق به گونه Funneliformis mosseaeبود.

عملکرد مراتع با استفاده از رویکردهای میدانی و سنجش از دور (مطالعه موردی: مراتع استپی و نیمهاستپی جنوب و غرب اصفهان)
ارزیابی ساختار و عملکرد پیشنیاز مدیریت صحیح اکوسیستمهای مرتعی میباشد و میتواند در تشخیص میزان تخریب و انتخاب روش مناسب مدیریتی به مرتعداران کمک کند. این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی عملکرد مراتع استپی و نیمهاستپی استان اصفهان با استفاده از رویکردهای میدانی و دورسنجی انجام شد. در این تحقیق با استفاده از روش زمینی تجزیه و تحلیل عملکرد چشمانداز ((LFA و شاخص دورسنجی نشت (LI) 50 زیرحوزه با عملکرد بالا و در معرض تخریب شناسایی شد. بدینمنظور در منطقه استپی جنوب اصفهان در شهرستان شهرضا تعداد 15 سایت در مراتع با وضعیت خیلی ضعیف و در مراتع نیمهاستپی غرب اصفهان در منطقه آغچه- شهرستان فریدن تعداد 21 سایت در مراتع ضعیف، خیلی ضعیف و متوسط انتخاب و طبق دستورالعمل روش LFA امتیازدهی شد. برای زیرحوزههای رستری تهیه شده شاخص متریک LI برآورد گردید. همچنین برای مناطق مطالعاتی نقشه DEM و شاخصهای طیفی NDVI و SAVI از تصاویر لندست TM سال 2009 استخراج شد. نتایج نشان داد که در هر دو منطقه مطالعاتی رابطه خطی مثبت معنیداری (05/0P<) بین شاخصهای LFA با شاخصهای NDVI و SAVI وجود دارد. همچنین همبستگی منفی معنیداری در سطح 5 درصد بین عملکرد حاصل از شاخص LI و شاخصهای LFA وجود داشت. از اینرو با توجه به وسعت مراتع خشک و نیمهخشک کشور، میتوان از این شاخصها برای ارزیابی عملکرد این عرصهها و اولویتبندی زیرحوزهها برای استفاده از برنامههای پایش بهمنظور حفاظت عرصههای طبیعی استفاده کرد.

نقش حشرات گردهافشان و بذرخوار بر زادآوری اسپرس همدانی (Hedysarumcriniferum Boiss) در استان اصفهان (مطالعه موردی- ایستگاه آبخیزداری چادگان)
حشرات گردهافشان و بذرخوار نقش مهمی در زادآوری برخی گیاهان دارند. شناسایی این نقش در زادآوری گونههای دارای پراکنش لکهای بهخصوص لگومهای خوشخوراک و دارای ارزش غذایی بالا با توانایی تثبیت نیتروژن، در حفظ و توسعه آنها اهمیت ویژهای دارد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی نقش این حشرات و تعیین برهمکنش آنها در تولید بذر گونه اسپرس همدانیHedysarum criniferum در استان اصفهان انجام شد. به این منظور در رویشگاه طبیعی این گیاه، تیمارهای حذف گردهافشان و حضور بذرخوار، حذف گردهافشان و بذرخوار، حضور گردهافشان و حذف بذرخوار و شاهد یعنی حضور گردهافشان و بذرخوار اعمال گردید. برای ممانعت از ورود حشرات گردهافشان و بذرخوار بر روی پایههای گیاه از قفسهای با پوشش توری پارچهای استفاده شد. متغیرهایی از قبیل تعداد کل بند بنشن تولیدشده، بذر تولیدشده در بند بنشن و نسبت بذرآلوده به بذرخواران به ازای هر پایه گیاه ارزیابی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که حضور حشرات گردهافشان مفید بوده و باعث شده بندبنشنها 6/47 برابر و بذر تولیدی 6/62 برابر نسبت به غیاب آنها افزایش یابد بهعلاوه سوسکهای بذرخوار خانواده Bruchidae توانستند 27٪ بذرها را نسبت به حالت غیاب آلوده کنند. بهاین ترتیب گردهافشانها اهمیت بیشتری نسبت به بذرخواران در زادآوری این گیاه دارند. نتایج نشان داد که بذرخواران عامل اصلی محدودیت پراکنش این گونه محسوب نمیشوند و باوجود تخریب بخشی از بذرها توسط بذرخواران، وجود گردهافشانی باعث میشود که اختلالی در بقای آن به وجود نیاید. همچنین اثر متقابل بین گردهافشانها و بذرخواران در زادآوری این گونه در سطح احتمال 95٪ معنیدار نشد.

معرفی فون حشرات خانواده (Cetoniidae) و گزارش بومی بودن زیرگونه Potosia cuprea ssp. Mehrabii در استان قزوین
معرفی گونهها و زیرگونههای خانواده ستونیده به عنوان یکی از اجزای مهم و مفید اکوسیستم، هدف این بررسی قرار گرفت. فعالیت حشرات این خانواده را میتوان بهعنوان شاخص سلامت در اکوسیستم در نظر گرفت. این بررسی با توجه به بازه زمانی ظهور حشرات کامل خانواده ستونیده (از اواسط اردیبهشت ماه تا اواخر شهریور ماه)، در نقاط مختلف استان قزوین از تیر 1387 تا شهریور 1392، با استفاده از روش های جمعآوری مستقیم و تلهگذاری اقدام به نمونهبرداری شد. تعداد 12 گونه و زیرگونه از هفت جنس، جمعآوری و مراحل مختلف آمادهسازی، شناسایی مقدماتی و نهایی نمونهها، در موزه بندپایان مؤسسه تحقیقات جنگلها و مراتع کشور انجام شد. Potosia cuprea ssp. mehrabii به عنوان زیرگونه بومی از منطقه قزوین گزارش میشود.
