بررسی خصوصیات زیستی و شرایط پرورش آزمایشگاهی سن شکارگر Rhynocoris iracundus فعال روی توده‌های بنه خجیر

چکیده

دو گونه پروانه برگخوار .Ocneria terebinthina Stgr و Thaumetopoea solitaria Freverاز مهمترین آفات درختان بنه هستند. سن شکارگرPoda  Rhynocoris iracundusاز منطقه حفاظت شده خجیر در حال تغذیه از لارو دو برگخوار فوق جمع‌آوری گردید. این شکارگر از خانواده Reduviidae بوده و بسیار پراشتها می‌باشد و در مراحل پورگی و حشره کامل به شدت از لاروهای آفات تغذیه می‌کند. برای مطالعه زیست‌شناسی این شکارگر، تعدادی از حشرات کامل آنها از منطقه حفاظت شده خجیر جمع‌آوری گردیده و در آزمایشگاه (حرارت  °C2±25 و رطوبت 60-50 درصد) روی لاروهای آفت انباری بید آرد (Ephestia kuehniella Zeller) و همچنین روی جگر مرغ پرورش داده شد. هر حشره ماده 50 تا 85 تخم به صورت دسته‌ای می‌گذارد (4/14±3/73SD=±X). طول دوره جنینی این شکارگر 2/2±3/10 روز است. این حشره دارای 6 سن پورگی است که حدوداً دو ماه به طول می‌انجامد. طول عمر حشرات کامل نیز بسیار متفاوت بوده و از 13 تا 37 (10±1/24) روز متغیر بود. در ضمن این حشره دیاپوز اجباری نداشته و در شرایط مناسب می‌توان در تمام طول سال به پرورش و تکثیر آن مبادرت نمود. پوره‌های این سن شکارگر دارای رفتار همخواری1 بوده و حتی در مواردی با وجود غذای کافی، اقدام به تغذیه از سایر پوره‌های هم گونه خود می‌کردند. برخی از حشرات ماده نیز پس از جفت‌گیری، از افراد نر تغذیه می‌نمایند.

چکیده [English]

Two pests species, Ocneria terebinthina Stgr. and Thaumetopoea solitaria Frever, are among the most important pests of wild pistachio trees. The predator bug, Rhynocoris iracundus Poda was collected from Khojir protected area while it was feeding on larvae of both mentioned pests. Mature as well as immature stages of this predator of Reduviidae family voraciously feed on the pest larvae. In order to study on biological characteristics of this predator, collected specimens were breeded on larvae of Ephestia kuehniella and hen liver in laboratory. According to this study each female adult lays 50 to 85 eggs as cluster (X±SD=73.3±14.4). Incubation period is 10.3±2.2 days. This insect has 6 nymphal instars which last about 2 months. Longevity of adults is varied and takes 13 to 37 (24.1±10) days. As the insect does not have obligatory diapaus so it is possible to breed that throughout the year in proper condition. The nymphs of this predator have cannibalism and even when enough food is available, they feed on eachother. Some female adults feed on males while mating.
