تحلیل وضعیت خشکیدگی جنگلهای بلوط زاگرس با استفاده از روشهای آمار مکانی (پژوهش موردی: جنگل زرآب استان ایلام)
DOR: 98.1000/1735 0859.1397.16.129.32.2.1578.41 حدود یک دهه است که پدیده خشکیدگی در جنگلهای بلوط زاگرس مشاهده شده است. یکی از کانونهای اصلی و ابتدایی این پدیده جنگلهای استان ایلام هستند. در این پژوهش جنگلی به مساحت 83 هکتار در منطقه زرآب ایلام که مبتلا به خشکیدگی بود انتخاب و نوع گونه، قطر برابرسینه، فرم پرورشی، ارتفاع کل، درصد خشکیدگی و سطح تاج کلیه درختان خشکیده بررسی و مختصات جغرافیایی آنها تعیین شد. ساختار، الگو و همبستگی مکانی این متغیرها بهترتیب با استفاده از تحلیل واریوگرام، آماره او-رینگ و تابع همبستگی نشاندار (MCF) بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که تراکم درختان دچار خشکیدگی 27 پایه در هکتار است که بیشتر شامل جستگروههای شاخهزاد با بیشترین فراوانی در پایههای کمقطر و میانقطر بوده است. الگوی پراکنش درختان دچار خشکیدگی تا شعاع 35 متری خوشهای و پس از آن یکنواخت بود. تحلیل واریوگرم نشان داد که درصد خشکیدگی و قطر برابرسینه دارای ساختار مکانی قوی قابل مدلسازی و سطح تاج و ارتفاع کل دارای ساختار مکانی ضعیف هستند. نمودار MCF نشان داد که قطر برابرسینه درختان خشکیده مجاور مشابه نیستند، اما درصد خشکیدگی آنها به هم شباهت دارند. بهطور کلی نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که خشکیدگی در تمام درختان منطقه پژوهش با متغیرهای زیستسنجی مختلف و در جهات مختلف جغرافیایی اتفاق افتاده است. نتایج بهدستآمده میتواند راهنمایی برای مدیریت پایدار این تودهها و جنگلشناسیکاربردی آنها بوده و بههنگام برشهای بهداشتی مدنظر قرار گیرد تا براساس نوع الگوی پراکنش و ابعاد لکهها و خوشهها و فواصل موجود دخالت صورت گیرد.

معرفی یک آرایه و 7 میزبان جدید برای قارچهای Erysiplaes از ایران
DOR:98.1000/1735-0859.1397.16.146.32.2.1605.1606 به منظور بررسی و شناسایی سفیدکهای سطحی استان لرستان اقدام به جمعآوری قارچهای مولد سفیدک سطحی (Erysiphales) از پارکها، مزارع و رویشگاههای طبیعی شد. پس از شناسایی گیاهان و میکرومتری اندامهای قارچی و ثبت مشخصات مورفولوژیک در نهایت با استفاده از کلیدهای شناسایی و مقالات معتبر قارچهای عامل سفیدک پودری شناسایی شدند. در این بررسی گونههای Erysiphe pisi var. pisi (روی Lathyrus annus L.، Astragalus alpinus L.، Medicago hispida L.)، E. rayssiae، (روی Spartium junceum L.)، E. ligusteri (روی Ligastrum vulgare L.)، G. ambrosiae (روی Zinnia elegans L.، Verbascum sp.)، Leviellulacylindrospora(روی Spinaciao leracea L.) شناسایی شدند. گونه E. ligusteriبرای اولین بار از ایران گزارش میشود و برای فلور ایران جدید است. همچنین میزبانهایبرگ نو (Ligastrum vulgare L.)، اسفناج.(Spinacia oleracea L.)، گل ماهور (Verbascum thapsus L.)، طاووسی (Spartium junceum L.)، خلر (Lathyrus annus L.)، گون سمی (Astragalus alpinus L.) و یونجه سیاه (Medicago hispida L.) به عنوان میزبانهای جدیدی برای راسته Erysiphales در ایران گزارش میشوند.

تحلیل نقش کانون های گرد و غبار داخلی در ایجاد شرایط بحرانی در اهواز با تاکید بر کانون جنوب شرق
DOR:98.1000/1735-0859.1397.16.157.32.2.1578.1602 خوزستان بزرگترین کانون گردوغبار داخلی کشور است. گردوغبار اهواز، پدیدهای تازه نیست؛ آنچه آن را به معضل محیطزیستی تبدیل کرده، افزایش رخداد شرایط بحرانی از منابع گردوغبار داخلی است. به منظور شناسایی نقش کانون ریزگرد داخلی بر ایجاد شرایط بحرانی، دادههای مربوط به سمت و سرعت باد و کمترین میزان دید افقی روزانه ایستگاه سینوپتیک اهواز در دوره آماری 1987-2016 استخراج و برای شناسایی توزیع مکانی و زمانی سهم سمت و سرعت باد، از هشت جهت اصلی و فرعی، گلباد و گلغبار سالانه بلندمدت و فصلی ترسیم شد. برای شناسایی نقش کانونهای گردوغبار داخلی و خارجی رخدادهای با منشاء داخلی یعنی کانونهای اطراف ایستگاه ؛ کد 07 و خارجی یعنی خارج از ایستگاه کد 06، استخراج و گلغبار فصلی آنها ترسیم شد. رخدادهای گردوغبار با منشاء داخلی بر روی لایه مربوط به کانونهای گردوغبار داخلی و ماسههای روان قرار گرفت؛ نتایج نشان داد جهت باد غالب غربی و سپس شمال غرب بوده و گلغبار کلی از آن تبعیت میکند. گلغبار فصلی با منابع خارجی از گلغبار کلی تبعیت میکند؛ اما گلغبار با منابع داخلی در فصول مختلف تغییر کرده و جهت جنوب و جنوب شرق در فصل سرد سال غالب میشود. توزیع ماهانه و سالانه دیدهای بحرانی از سمت جنوب و جنوب شرق استخراج و نتایج نشان داد؛ در فصل سرد فراوانی آنها بیشتر است. شاخص خشکسالیSPI فصل سرد محاسبه و ارتباط آن با دیدهای بحرانی نشان داد که رخداد آنها از خشکسالی فصل زمستان تبعیت میکند. که باید اقدامات حفاظتی مناسب در بخشهای مختلف کانون، هورها، دیمزارها، مراتع فقیر و ... انجام شود.

قارچهای اندوفیت جداشده از درختان بلوط (Quercus brantii Lindl و Quercus infectoria Oliv)
DOR: 98.1000/1735-0859.1397.16.171.32.2.1602.41 قارچهای اندوفیت بخشی از اجزای مهم تنوع زیستی مرتبط با گیاهان هستند و قادر بوده تمام بافتهای داخلی گیاهان را کلنه کرده و سبب بهبود سلامت گیاه شوند. آنها میتوانند با بیمارگرهای گیاهان برای فضا و غذا از نظر اکولوژیکی رقابت کرده و موجب کاهش بیماری در گیاهان شوند. بهمنظور شناسایی قارچهای اندوفیت از برگ، تنه و پوست شاخههای سالم درختان بلوط گونههای Quercus brantii Lindlو Quercus infectoria Olivدر استان کردستان از مناطق بانه، کامیاران و مریوان نمونهبرداری بهصورت تصادفی انجام شد. نمونهها در آزمایشگاه به قطعات نیم تا یک سانتیمتری تقسیم و پس از ضدعفونی با هیپوکلرید سدیم 5% و اتانول 70% با آب مقطر سترون شستشو داده و پس از خشک کردن روی کاغذ صافی سترون روی محیط سیبزمینی- دکستروز – آگار حاوی آنتیبیوتیک داکسیسایکلین (150 میلیگرم در لیتر) در دمای 25 درجه سانتیگراد کشت شد. شناسایی گونهها براساس خصوصیات ریختشناختی و توالی ناحیه ITS-rDNA انجام گردید. بر این اساس از 75 جدایه، گونههای Peyronellaea glomerata (Corda)، Truncatella angustata (Pers.) Hughes، Ulocladium botrytis (Preuss)، Microsphaeropsis olivacea (Bonord.)، Chaetomium subaffine (Sergeeva)، Trichoderma citrinoviride (Bissett) و Trichoderma atroviride (P. Karst)` شناسایی شدند. دو گونه Chaetomium subaffine و Ulocladium botrytisبیشترین فراوانی را در بین قارچهای جدا شده از بافتهای مورد مطالعه به خود اختصاص دادند. علاوه بر این، بیشترین جدایههای اندوفیت بهترتیب از بافت ساقه و تنه درختان بلوط گونه Q. brantiiجدا شد.

DOR:98.1000/1735-0859.1397.16.190.32.2.1580.1606 ذخیره گاه زیستکره ارسباران، نهمین ذخیرهگاه زیستکره در ایران با مساحت 78759 هکتار در شمال غرب ایران است که بخش اعظم اراضی آن شامل جنگل، مرتع و زمینهای کشاورزی است. اختلاف ارتفاع 265 متر تا 2865 متر از سطح دریا، وجود عوامل فیزیوگرافیکی، خاکی و خرداقلیمها باعث ایجاد رویشگاههای مختلفی شده است که غنای فلوری منحصر بفرد آن را رقم زده است. مطالعه پوشش گیاهی اراضی پایین دست این منطقه با روش براون-بلانکه انجام گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها (قطعههای نمونه و گونههای گیاهی) با رستهبندی (Ordination) آنها بر اساس روش تحلیل ارتباطهای عاملی (Analyse Factorielle des Correspondance) (AFC) در برنامه آنافیتو (Anaphyto) انجام شد. در اراضی پاییندست ذخیرهگاه زیستکره ارسباران پنج جامعه و چهار زیرجامعه شامل 176 تاکسون شناسایی شده است که از این تعداد تاکسون 9/7 درصد را شکل زیستی فانروفیت، 5/8 درصد را شکل زیستی کامفیت، 25 درصد را شکل زیستی همیکریپتوفیت، 5/4 درصد را شکل زیستی ژئوفیت و 54 درصد را شکل زیستی تروفیت تشکیل می دهند. با توجه به اهمیت جهانی این ذخیره گاه از نظر فلور، پوشش گیاهی و فون، حفاظت هر چه بیشتر آن بهعنوان میراث طبیعی برای آیندگان توصیه می شود.

اولین گزارش طغیان شب پره ابریشم باف ناجور (Lymantria dispar (Lepidoptera: Lymantriidae از جنگلهای زاگرس شمالی و شناسایی آن با استفاده از ژن COI در ایران

شبپره ابریشم باف ناجور یا کولیLymantria dispar Linnaeus, 1758 (Lepidoptera: Lymantriidae) یکی از خسارتزاترین آفات برگخوار درختان جنگلی در دنیا است. پژوهش حاضر اولین گزارش شیوع و خسارت این آفت در جنگلهای زاگرس شمالی بر اساس مشاهدات میدانی، نمونهبرداری صحرایی و بررسیهای آزمایشگاهی برای تأیید تشخیص است. نمونههای لارو در بهار از روی درختان بلوط (Quercus brantii, Q. infectoria, Q. libani) و سایر درختان و درختچههای جنگلی جمعآوری شدند. بهمنظور شناسایی دقیق و سریع آفت و تشخیص افتراقی لارو از گونههای مشابه، استخراج DNA و PCR قسمتی از ژن COI برای 10 نمونه تخم و لارو و توالییابی قسمتی از ژن COI برای دو نمونه لارو انجام گرفت. نتیجه بلاست توالیها در بانک ژن نشان داد که هر دو توالی مطالعه حاضر متعلق به گونه L. disparبا شباهت 99 تا 100 درصد میباشد. هر چند این پروانه هنوز در بسیاری از مناطق جنگلی غرب مستقر نشده است اما با توجه به تهدید بالقوه این آفت برای بومسازه جنگل و عرصه وسیع فعالیت آن، باید اقدام بلافاصله و تلاش برای مدیریت کنترل جمعیت آن انجام شود.

آتش سوزی جنگلها در ایران بیشتر در نتیجه فعالیتهای انسان و مداخلات ناآگاهانه و عمدی او انجام میگیرد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی و شناخت مسائل اجتماعی اقتصادی روستاهای جنگلنشین در استانهای گلستان، کردستان و چهارمحال بختیاری، با بیشترین فراوانی و گستره آتشسوزی در فاصله سالهای 92-1388 است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی همبستگی بوده و اطلاعات مورد نیاز با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمعآوری شده است. جامعه آماری مشتمل بر ساکنان روستایی مناطق الگویی متأثر از خطر آتشسوزی کم و زیاد میباشد. بر اساس فرمول کوکران، تعداد 364 نفر از بهرهبرداران ساکن درمناطق مورد بررسی به عنوان حجم نمونه تعیین گردید. روایی پرسشنامه توسط پانل متخصصان مورد تأیید و سطح پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ 0.817 به دست آمد. تحلیلهای آماری دادهها با استفاده از آزمون t و رگرسیون لجستیک در محیط نرمافزار آماری SPSS انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد تراکم جمعیت انسانی و تعداد دام در روستاهای مناطق الگویی با خطر آتشسوزی زیاد، بهترتیب سه و دو برابر منطقه با خطر آتشسوزی کم، نرخ اشتغال، سطح درآمد و تحصیلات ساکنین در منطقه الگویی با خطر آتشسوزی کم به طرز محسوسی بیشتر از منطقه با خطر آتشسوزی زیاد است. بررسی روشها و شیوههای مشارکت مردم نشان داد؛ برگزاری کلاسهای آموزش و ترویج و توانافزایی مهارتی بهرهبرداران، برخورد با عوامل تخریب و تجاوز به جنگل، انتخاب قرقبان افتخاری، تقویت اقدامات دولت در حفاظت از جنگل، از راهکارهای جلوگیری وقوع آتشسوزی در جنگل است.

تأثیر حشره کشی دو عصاره گیاهی همراه با صابون محلول پاشی روی سوسک برگخوارنارون، Xanthogalerucaluteola Mull. در شرایط صحرایی

سوسک برگخوار نارون، Xanthogaleruca luteola Mull. (Col.: Chrysomelidae)، یکی از مهمترین آفات درختان نارون در جنگلها و فضای سبز شهری است. با توجه به مضرات متعدد حشرهکشهای شیمیایی و اهمیت فضای سبز شهری، در این پژوهش، اثر حشرهکشهای گیاهی عصاره فلفل قرمز (تنداکسیر®)، عصاره سیر (سیرینول®) و نقش همافزاییصابون محلولپاشی (برتر®) روی این حشرهکشها بههمراه تیمار شاهد روی کاهش انبوهی جمعیت لاروهای سوسک برگخوار نارون، طی دو مرحله محلولپاشی در قالب طرح بلوکهایکامل تصادفی در پنجتکرار ارزیابی شد. برای انجام آزمایشها از غلظت توصیهشده هر یک از این ترکیبها استفاده گردید. نمونهبرداری یک روز قبل از محلولپاشی و 2، 7، 14 و 21 روز بعد از محلولپاشی انجام شد. بیشترین و کمترین درصد کاهش جمعیت لاروهای سوسک برگخوار نارون بهترتیب در تیمار تنداکسیر + سیرینول (56/78 و 99/64 درصد) و تیمار تنداکسیر (4/41 و 06/23 درصد) بهترتیب در 2 و 21 روز پس از محلولپاشی ثبت شد. کارایی حشرهکش گیاهی سیرینول در کنترل سوسک برگخوار نارون، 17-15 درصد بیشتر از تنداکسیر بود. صابون محلولپاشی برتر روی حشرهکشهای گیاهی تنداکسیر و سیرینول اثر همافزایی نشان داد و بهترتیب باعث افزایش 6 الی 18 و 4 الی 28 درصد تأثیر، در تاریخهای مختلف نمونهبرداری شد. بنابراین با توجه به یافتههای این پزوهش میتوان حشرهکشهای گیاهی را بهعنوان یک ترکیب مناسب و ایمن برای مدیریت تلفیقی سوسک برگخوار نارون در محیط شهری به کار برد.

بررسی فون سوسکهای خانواده Carabidae در جنوب شرقی استان تهران، ایران

در طی سالهای 1394 و 1395 فون سوسکهای خانواده Carabidae از جنوب شرقی استان تهران (پاکدشت و قرچک) مطالعه شد. جمعآوری این حشرات با مشاهده و یا با استفاده از تله گودالی از اکوسیستمهای مختلفی چون زراعی، باغی، فضای سبز و مرتع انجام شد. در این تحقیق در مجموع 485 نمونه متعلق به 23 گونه، 17 جنس، 12 قبیله و 9 زیرخانواده شناسایی شد، که در میان آنها 14 گونه برای استان تهران گزارش جدید بوده و با علامت * مشخص شدند. بیشترین فراوانی مربوط به گونه Distichus planus بود. ویژگی های زیستی و ویژگیهای جدول زندگی باروری شته Brachycaudus cardui L. روی کنگرفرنگی Cynara scolymus L. در شرایط آزمایشگاهی

ویژگی های جدول زندگی در رشدونمو شته Brachycaudus cardui L. روی گیاه کنگرفرنگی Cynara scolymus L. در شرایط دورهنوری14:10 روشنایی: تاریکی، رطوبت نسبی 5± 65 درصد و دمای 2± 22 درجه سانتیگراد بررسی شد. برای این منظور تعداد 20 پوره همسن تازه متولد شده تا زمان مرگ در قفسهای برگی روی برگ کنگرفرنگی پرورش داده شدند. میانگین طول دوره پورگی تا تبدیل شدن به شته بالغ 26/0± 75/12 روز به دست آمد. همینطور طول مدت یک نسل آفت بهطور متوسط 92/18 روز و طول عمر شته بهطور متوسط 01/1 ± 70/33 روز به دست آمد. امید زندگی شته کنگرفرنگی در ابتدای سن اول پورگی 03/33 روز بود و بهتدریج به صورت یکنواخت کاهش یافت. نرخ ذاتی افزایش جمعیت(rm) و نرخ خالص تولیدمثل (R0) برای این شته به ترتیب برابر با 175/0 پوره به ازای هر فرد ماده در هر روز و 15/27 پوره به ازای هر فرد ماده بود. نرخ متناهی افزایش جمعیت این گونه (λ) 19/1 روز بود و همچنین قادر بود در مدت 97/3 روز جمعیت خود را دو برابر کند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان از طول عمر بهنسبت زیاد و توان بالای تولیدمثل شته روی گیاه دارویی کنگرفرنگی دارد.
