شبیهسازی رفتار آتش با استفاده از مدل آتش FlamMap در برنامه Arcfuels (مطالعه موردی جنگلکاریهای تخسَم در استان گیلان)
با شناسایی مدلهای سوخت و به دنبال آن شناخت رفتار آتش میتوان اسباب لازم را در مدیریت مهار و کنترل آتش فراهم کرد. هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی رفتار آتش در جنگلکاریهای کاج تدا در روستای تخسَم در استان گیلان بود که بهوسیله مدل آتش FlamMap از برنامه Arcfuels ارزیابی شد. مواد سوختنی از خط نمونه Brown و از روش FLM و با استفاده از نمونههایی که به شکل تصادفی منظم انتخاب شدند، برآورد شد. فایل سیمای منظر با استفاده از نقشههای شیب، جهت، ارتفاع، مدل سوخت و تاجپوشش ساخته شد. سپس لایه رطوبت سوخت محاسبه شده و لایههای آب وهوا و باد تهیه شده از ایستگاه سینوپتیک شهرستان رشت به مدل آتش معرفی شدند. با انتخاب لکه آتشسوزی، گستره آتش و بعضی دیگر از نقشههای رفتار آتش توسط مدل آتش، شبیهسازی شد. نتایج نشان داد که مدل FlamMap با بیشبرآورد 35/1 هکتار و کمبرآورد 54/0 هکتار و با ضریب کاپا 83/0 از اعتبار بالایی در ارزیابی آتشسوزی منطقه مورد پژوهش برخوردار بود.

فراوانی و تغییرات جمعیت مگسهای (Syrphidae (Diptera: Brachycera در ارتفاعات مختلف شهرستان ساری
در این مطالعه پراکنش و فراوانی مگسهای Syrphidae در چهار ایستگاه در منطقه جنگلی ساری کیاسر شامل عالیکلا، هفت خال، علمدارده، پهنهکلا و یک ایستگاه در منطقه دشت ناز (بهترتیب با ارتفاع 1640، 855، 396، 175 و 20 متر از سطح دریا) در استان مازندران بررسی شدند. جمعآوری حشرات در هر ایستگاه با استفاده از تلههای مالیز، پنجرهای، ظرفی زردرنگ و ظرفی سفیدرنگ انجام شد. جمعآوری حشرات هر دو هفته یکبار و در فصلهای بهار و تابستان انجام شد. از میان گونههای جمعآوریشده گونههای(.Melanostoma mellinum (L و (.Sphaerophoria scripta (L بهترتیب با 54/43 و 39/33 درصد بیشترین فراوانی را در مناطق مورد مطالعه داشتند. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که فراوانی گونهها در مناطق مذکور متفاوت بود. فراوانی گونه (.Melanostoma mellinum (L در ارتفاعات1640 و 855 متر، گونه (.Sphaerophoria scripta (L در ارتفاع 855 متر، گونه (Sphaerophoria rueppelli (Wiedemann در ارتفاع 20 متر، گونه (Eupeodes corollae (Fabricius در ارتفاع 855 متر و گونه (Merodon avidus (Rossi در ارتفاع 1640 متر بیشتر از سایر گونهها بودند. نتایج نشان داد که اوج تراکم جمعیت مگسهای Syrphidae در منطقه موردمطالعه در خردادماه بود.

مقایسه جذب عناصر کادمیوم و روی در دو گونه اکالیپتوس
گیاهپالایی یکی از روشهای نوین در حذف آلایندهها بهشمار میآید. این تحقیق با هدف مقایسه میزان جذب فلزات سنگین کادمیوم و روی توسط دو گونه اکالیپتوسEucalyptus microtheca و Eucalyptus camaldulensis انجام شد. نهالهای ششماهه و یکدست اکالیپتوس برای اعمال تیمار کادمیوم (غلظتهای 5، 10 و 15 میلیگرم به کیلوگرم) و روی (غلظتهای 1، 3 و 10 میلیگرم به کیلوگرم ) در نظر گرفته شد. برای انجام آزمایش از 18 نهال از هر گونه استفاده گردید. سپس از برگ، ریشه و ساقه هر نهال در سه تکرار جداگانه نمونهبرداری شد. عصارهگیری نمونهها با استفاده از روش هضم اسیدی انجام و غلظت عناصر با استفاده از دستگاه ICP-OES اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که جذب روی بین برگهای دو گونه میکروتکا و کامالدولنسیس با میانگین 6/518 و 5/426 و همچنین بین ریشههای آنها با میانگین 2/476 و 2/382 اختلاف معنیداری وجود داشت. اما ساقهها در دو گونه تفاوت معنیداری در جذب روی نشان ندادند. همچنین میزان جذب کادمیوم در دو گونه میکروتکا و کامالدولنسیس بهترتیب با میانگین 9/124 و 7/179 در برگها و 8/435 و 7/399 در ریشهها تفاوت معنیداری را نشان داد. بهعلاوه اینکه دو گونه اکالیپتوس در سطوح کم در جذب روی و کادمیوم خاک اختلاف چندانی باهم نداشته اما با افزایش غلظت روی (از 1 به 3 میلیمول) و کادمیوم (از 10 به 15 میلیمول)، E. microtheca نسبت بهE. camaldulensis بهتر عمل کرده است. با توجه به استفاده از دو گونه فوق در جنگلکاریها با هدف گیاهپالایی، گونه E. microtheca، کارایی بهتری را در جذب کادمیوم و روی نشان داد.

تأثیر شرایط نامطلوب رویشگاهی بر غلظت عناصر مختلف برگ و خشکیدگی درختان سرو نقره ای (.Cupressus arizonica G) در جنگلکاری فولاد مبارکه
شناخت کافی از نیاز اکولوژیک گونههای مورد استفاده در جنگلکاری با هدف انطباق هر چه بیشتر آنها با شرایط جدید، نقش مهمی در حفاظت و حمایت از این گونهها و جنگلکاریها خواهد داشت. مجتمع فولاد مبارکه، 1500 هکتار جنگل مصنوعی با درختان غیربومی، ازجمله سرو نقرهای ایجاد کرده است. خشکیدگی تدریجی این گونه، باعث بروز مشکلات جدی در پایداری این جنگل شده است. بهمنظور بررسی علل خشکیدگی درختان سرو نقرهای، مناطق جنگلکاری شده با این گونه در سطح جنگل مورد نظر، شناسایی شد. سپس در هر منطقه جنگلکاری با این گونه، یک پلات 2000 مترمربعی در نظر گرفته شد. در هر پلات، مشخصات کمی درختان شامل قطر برابر سینه و ارتفاع اندازهگیری شد. از پنج درخت سالم و ناسالم به نمونههای برگ جداگانه برای انجام سنجشهای شیمیایی تهیه شد. حفر پروفیل خاک در هر پلات و برداشت خاک از زیر تاج درختان از سایر اقدامات انجام شده در این پژوهش بود. نتایج نشان داد که محدودیتهای رویشگاهی از قبیل وضعیت نامناسب خاک و شوری منابع آب، بهعنوان عوامل اصلی در کاهش جذب عناصر کممصرف و پرمصرف در درختان ناسالم میباشند.

تحلیل خطر آتشسوزی جنگلهای هیرکانی شمالشرق ایران با استفاده از شاخصهای کچ-بایرام و مک-آرتور
جنگل بخش مهمی از زیستبوم زمین است؛ یک منبع بزرگ برای مقاصد و مصارف مختلف بشر که با رشد جمعیت در قرن حاضر و با وقوع آتشسوزیهای متعدد کمیت و کیفیت آن به مخاطره افتاده است. از اینرو، در این پژوهش بهمنظور کاهش این مخاطرات، شاخص خشکی کچ-بایرام و شاخص خطر آتشسوزی جنگل مک-آرتور و چگونگی تعیین مناطق دارای قابلیت آتشسوزی در جنگلهای هیرکانی دو استان گلستان و خراسان شمالی بررسی شدهاست. از عاملهای اقلیمی (بیشینه دما، کمینه رطوبت نسبی، میانگین سرعت باد، میزان بارش و تبخیر روزانه) برای سالهای 1384تا1393 در قالب این شاخصها استفاده شد. همچنین با کمک این اطلاعات پهنهبندی شاخص مک-آرتور و شاخص خشکی کچ-بایرام در بازه زمانی مذکور با بهرهگیری از سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی (GIS) انجام گردید؛ نتایج بهدستآمده مشخص کرد که ارتباط معنیداری بین شاخص آتشسوزی مک-آرتور و شاخص خشکی کچ-بایرام در مناطق موردمطالعه وجود نداشت؛ در مورد مناطق پرخطر شاخص خشکی کچ-بایرام شاخص خوبی برای تشخیص قابلیت آتشسوزی نبود. درحالیکه شاخص آتشسوزی مک-آرتور مناطق پرخطر را بهخوبی مشخص کرد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که شاخص خشکی کچ-بایرام در مناطق کم باران که در محدوده اقلیمی نیمهخشک و نیمه مرطوب قرار دارند نمیتواند کاربرد دقیقی داشته باشد، از طرفی، در مناطقی که آتشسوزی رخداده است شاخص آتشسوزی مک-آرتور خطرناک بودن منطقه را نشان میدهد؛ هرچندکه آتشسوزی مزبور، منشأ اقلیمی نداشته باشد. بنابراین شاخص آتشسوزی مک-آرتور، با مشخص کردن مناطق دارای قابلیت آتشسوزی در جلوگیری یا کاهش آسیبهای ناشی از آتشسوزی در جنگلهای ایران، بسیار تأثیرگذار است.

تأثیر دارواش موخور (Loranthus europaeus) بر برخی عناصر غذایی و صفات مورفولوژیک برگ درختان کیکم (Acer monspessulanum subsp. cinerascens) در جنگلهای حوزه یاسوج
بهمنظور ارزیابی اثر دارواش موخور بر میزان عناصر غذایی ماکرو (پتاسیم، سدیم، فسفر) و میکرو (آهن و روی) و نیز خصوصیات مورفولوژیک برگ شامل سطح برگ، سطح ویژه، وزن خشک و وزن مخصوص برگ درخت میزبان، گونه کیکم بهعنوان میزبان رایج دارواش موخور در بخشی از جنگلهای وزگ حوزه یاسوج در استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد انتخاب شد. برای انجام این تحقیق هفت اصله درخت کیکم مبتلا به دارواش موخور و در مجاورت هریک، درختی سالم با وضعیت ظاهری تقریباً مشابه بهعنوان درخت شاهد انتخاب گردید. نمونهگیری برگ از شاخههای دارواش، شاخههای آلوده و سالم درختان آلوده و همچنین از شاخههای درختان شاهد با رعایت جهت نمونهگیری یکسان بهمنظور مقایسه میزان عناصر انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که میزان عناصر سدیم، پتاسیم، آهن و روی در برگ دارواش موخور بیشتر از شاخههای سالم و آلوده درختان آلوده و درختان شاهد بود. اما مقدار فسفر در برگ دارواش موخور کمتر از شاخههای سالم و آلوده درختان آلوده و درختان شاهد بود. مقدار سدیم در شاخههای آلوده بیشتر از شاخههای سالم درختان آلوده و شاهد بود. همچنین اختلاف معنیداری میان صفات مورفولوژیک برگ شاخههای سالم و آلوده درختان آلوده و شاخههای درختان شاهد کیکم مشاهده نشد. نتایج این تحقیق حکایت از آن داشت که دارواش موخور باعث اختلال در تعادل برخی عناصر غذایی در درختان میزبان شده، اما تأثیری بر روی صفات مورفولوژیک برگ شامل سطح، سطح ویژه، وزن خشک و وزن مخصوص برگ درختان میزبان نداشت.

گزارش آفت جدید (Cydalima perspectalis (Walker, 1859)(Lepidoptera: Crambidae از ایران
شبپره شمشاد، (Cydalima perspectalis (Walker, 1859، آفت بومی درختان شمشاد در نواحی نیمهگرمسیری آسیای شرقی میباشد که سال 2007 به اروپا وارد شده است. سنین مختلف لاروی و پیششفیرههای شبپره شمشاد از تیر تا اواسط مرداد 1395 از روی گونه شمشاد خزری Buxus hyrcana Pojark. در استان گیلان جمعآوری شد. خسارت آفت در مناطق مورد مطالعه بسیار شدید بود. لاروهای Cydalima perspectalisاز برگها و پوست شاخهها تغذیه میکنند. سر در لارو سن آخر سیاهرنگ و براق، رنگ بدن سبز با دو نوار طولی ضخیم سیاه و نوارهای باریک سفید در طرفین بدن و در سطح پشتی دارای خالهای سیاه با حاشیه سفید میباشد. طول شفیره حدود 2 سانتیمتر است. شفیرهها در لابهلای برگها و شاخهها تشکیل میگردد. حشرات کامل بوسیله مورفولوژی خارجی به راحتی قابل شناسایی میباشند. عرض بدن با بالهای باز در حشرات کامل تقریباً 4 سانتیمتر و بالها به طور کامل قهوهای رنگ و دارای لکه سفیدرنگ در ناحیه دیسکال بال جلو میباشند. این مقاله اولین گزارش از این آفت و خسارت آن روی میزبان B. hyrcana در ایران میباشد. انتظار میرود این آفت به سرعت در رویشگاههای شمشاد در شمال کشور گسترش یابد بنابراین انجام بررسیهای بیشتر در این خصوص ضروری به نظر میرسد.

گزارش جدید خانوادهی (Oribellidae (Acari: Oribatida از ایران
طی مطالعهی فونستیک کنههای اریباتید (Acari: Oribatida) خاک پای درختان ممرز،(Carpinus betulus L. (Betulaceae روستای گرمناب در جنگلهای ارسباران، شمال شرق استان آذربایجان شرقی، ایران، در اواسط مرداد 1392، (گونهی Pantelozetes (P.) paolii (Oudemans, 1913 از خانوادهیOribellidae Kunst, 1971 جمعآوری و شناسایی گردید که این اولین گزارش از کنههای این خانواده برای فون کنههای ایران میباشد. در این گونه پرودورسوم دارای کوستولای باریک، بلند، ناپیوسته و کمی همگرا است که موهای لاملایی در انتهای خطوط کوستولایی واقع شدهاند، سنسیلوس شانهوش یکطرفه با پنج تا شش انشعاب نسبتا بلند و پاها تکناخنه میباشند. به علاوه در این مطالعه، کلیدی برای شناسایی تمامی گونههای توصیف شده از زیرجنس Pantelozetes (Pantelozetes) Grandjean, 1953 در دنیا شاملP. (P.) unitjumenienesis Ermilov, Salavatulin & Tolstikov, 2015، P. (P.) bayartogtokhi Ermilov, Salavatulin & Tolstikov, 2015، P. (P.) berlesei Fujikawa, 1979 ، P. (P.) tianchanicus Rakhimbajeva, 1995، P. (P.) paolii (Oudemans, 1913) و P. (P.) serratus Wang & Cui, 1996 ارائه شده است.
